Terms of Use
This document defines the terms for using the mechanical infrastructure platform. It covers the services provided, the responsibilities of each party, and the limits of liability.
The platform provides industrial thermal profiling, infrared thermal mapping, intake fan vibration audits, and static pressure balancing for server enclosures and control units within industrial plants. We do not perform domestic PC repairs, software troubleshooting, or retail electronics sales. All services are limited to the physical thermodynamics and layout of server cabinets.
The client agrees to provide safe access to the equipment and relevant technical documentation (e.g., rack layout, server specifications) prior to the audit. The client is responsible for ensuring that all systems are operational and that any safety protocols are followed during the on-site assessment. Any restrictions on access must be communicated in advance.
While we take reasonable care in performing thermal and vibration analyses, our recommendations are based on the data collected at the time of the audit. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the provided reports, including but not limited to equipment downtime or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of this agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notification. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services performed up to the date of termination.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
